Python Job: Digital Marketing

MMQ Media is hiring our first 100% remote (work from home) member for our marketing agency.

Who are we looking for professionally?

We need a person who is easy to talk to, serious, committed and has a great deal of common sense.

You are analytical, structured, punctual, not afraid of taking a risk, works well in a 100% remote work environment, asks questions, wants to push their own limits, and is eager to grow in their marketing career.

In fewer words, we are looking for someone who is practical, driven by results, and is their own greatest critic.

Required Experience:

We are looking for someone who has at least 1 year worth of experience in digital marketing in at least one of the following platforms:

• Google Ads

• Facebook/Meta

• Amazon

What is the role you are applying to?

Digital Marketing Specialist

• We are looking for someone who can grow in their role.

• The role will transition from sales, to marketing, to potentially team managing.

• During the first few months, the tasks will be heavily focused on calling in Spain and booking meetings with potential clients and closing the clients together with the directors of the company, following the entire client journey from call, to booking, to pitch, to consulting.

• Once you have gotten a few clients closed, you will no longer be booking meetings and will instead be fully responsible for client communication, media spend, performance and executing on marketing strategies in ad platforms.

• What you do not know, we will make sure you receive courses to learn more.

Languages:

Since we are an international team we will need the person to speak the following languages as a minimum:

• Spanish (fluent)

• English (business level)

Location:

• We need the person to be located in Spain for potential face to face client meetings and for time zone purposes, but the daily workspace will be 100% remote WFH (working from home).

Education:

Having a degree in any relevant field to digital, marketing, or business is a plus but please note that having an education is NOT mandatory.

Good to have experience:

Having experience in ANY of the following is a plus but NOT mandatory and should not scare you away from applying:

• Sales (big plus)

• Client communication

• Tracking (GTM)

• Google Analytics

• Excel/Google Sheets

• Coding: SQL / Python / R

• Business & consulting
